Authorization Hold
When you book with us, we place an authorization hold equal to the cost of one night's stay. After you check out, as long as no damage has been done to the unit, the hold will be released and refunded to your payment method within 7 days.
The authorization hold will be charged on the day of check in.
General
Check-in: 3:00 PM
Check-out: 11:00 AM
Parking: Onsite parking is free. Additional street parking is available. Oversized vehicles should use street or off-site parking.
Internet: Free Wi-Fi is available for all guests.
Early Check-In
We do our best to accommodate early arrivals. Feel free to contact us on the day of arrival for availability prior to 3 p.m.
Late Check-Out
Any departure later than 11 a.m. is subject to approval and may result in additional fee.
Pets
You can bring up to 2 dogs per room. Please let us know in advance so we can prepare for your pet’s needs. There is a small pet fee of $50
Guests are responsible for cleaning up all pet waste, both indoors and outside. Additional cleaning fees will apply in the event that excessive housekeeping is required.
We only allow dogs to stay in the property. No cats.
Confirmation and Cancellation Policy
A valid credit card is required to make a reservation.
Guests will be charged the full amount of stay upon confirmation of reservation.
No Shows: You will be billed for the full cost.
Less than 72 Hours: You will be billed for the full cost.
Greater than 72 Hours: You will receive a full refund.
Pool Policy
Pool is free to use for guests.
Pool is open from May - October 31.
Pool hours are 8am to 9pm.
There’s no lifeguard on duty.
Guests are advised to keep watch of their kids when using the pool.
Kids are not allowed in the pool area without an adult present.
